Šime and Seth are a two-person team of buyer specialists within the team of R-House Realty. They complement one another’s skillsets and efficiency, providing even more industry knowledge, availability, and perspective.

Originally from Croatia, Šime found his way across the globe to Phoenix as a teenager. Born and raised in Arizona, Seth knows the ins and outs of local neighborhoods. A dynamic duo since meeting at ASU (Go Sun Devils!), they spent nearly a decade based in New York City while performing all over the world as professional singers. Through it all, they constantly felt the pull to return to the warmth of Arizona. Approaching each home purchase with expertise and compassion, they pride themselves on their clear communication, diligent care, and fierce protection for their clients.
